2012-11-28 00:00:00
Conflict is difficult to manage. It can be a roadblock to collaboration and to a healthy work environment. This module helps participants to understand conflict, how to prevent its escalation and, ultimately, how to use conflict as a positive force for change — one that fosters leadership and engagement.
