Ms Hruskova brings a wealth of experience in the Technology sector having held marketing management roles with Microsoft since 1999. Most recently, she has been working for three years with an international recruitment firm where she concentrated on consulting the firms in the Technology and Professional Services sectors.
In her new role Ms Hruskova will be responsible for client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments across Pedersen & Partners’ organisation.

Before joining the executive search industry Petra Hruskova has held various marketing management roles with Microsoft in the Czech Republic, with her most recent role being Small Business Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia. Previously, she was a PR Account Manager with GCI Prague, and before that, a reporter for TV Premiéra. Ms Hruskova has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Univerzita Karlova v Praze. In addition to her native Czech, she also speaks fluent English and Slovak, and can communicate in German.
