Unipetrol RPA has three new Executives
Czesław Adam Bugaj (Deputy CEO of the PKN Orlen Group) and Ivan Ottis (a Member of Unipetrol a.s. Board of Directors) continue to be Unipetrol RPA Executive. Unipetrol a.s. Board of Directors, which represents the General Meeting of Unipetrol RPA (i.e., acts in the capacity of the General Meeting), also accepted Executive Petr Sosík’s resignation from his position. He will continue working at Unipetrol RPA in the position of the Head of the Supplier Chain Business Unit.
Unipetrol RPA was established on 1 August 2007 by a merger of Chemopetrol and Unipetrol Rafinérie. The successor company, Unipetrol RPA (the abbreviation RPA stands for refineries, petrochemicals, and agrochemicals) is a limited liability company [Ltd.] and its sole owner is Unipetrol a.s. The parent company, Unipetrol a.s., decided to change the Memorandum of Association of Unipetrol RPA, specifically to increase the number of Executives from the current three to five, on 5 September 2008.
