Mrs. Vendlová brings 15 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) rights law. Her clients include primarily IT/telecommunication and pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of luxury goods. Gabriela Vendlová has acted for many multinational companies on matters of unfair competition, administration and protection of voluminous trademark portfolios, domain names and protection of copyright. She also possesses extensive experience in anti-counterfeiting. Mrs. Vendlová is also experienced in legal consultancy on hardware sale contracts and software licensing for international IT companies.
JUDr. Vendlová intends to build a strong practice in CMS Cameron McKenna focused both on intellectual property rights law and other commercial law segments.
JUDr. Vendlová graduated from the Law School of Charles University, Prague. After graduation, she worked as assistant in a U.S. Congressman’s office for a year. Gabriela Vendlová obtained her Ph.D. in trademark protection from Charles University. Gabriela has been an attorney-at-law since 1996. She is joining CMS Cameron McKenna after having worked with Baker & McKenzie law firm.
