The Czech developer PASSERINVEST GROUP has moved from Building Alpha to the modern FILADELFIE, which is the newest and highest building in the BB Centrum complex, Prague 4.
PASSERINVEST GROUP can be found on the 17th floor of Building FILADELFIE, at 1525/1 Želetavská Street. The company occupies over fifty percent of the square area of the floor, which is approximately 900 square metres. Apart from open-space offices, there are large conference rooms with a unique view of Prague.
The general contractor was PSJ, the architectural concept was designed by the DaM architectural studio and the construction was financed by UniCredit Bank.
