A customer-satisfaction survey was carried out at the Balance Club Brumlovka at the end of last year. Focusing on the standard of services, the club facilities and the overall functioning of the club, this survey indicates that 98% of respondents would recommend the club membership to their friends.
It had been almost four years since the club opened that all the members were offered an opportunity to express what services they especially appreciated or, on the contrary, what they found lacking in the club. They replied to the questionnaire prepared in an electronic form. “We are surprised at the high reply rate – almost 25% of clients have replied, which is, in my opinion, a truly unique and tremendous achievement,” says General Manager PhDr. Jan Vrabec, CSc, Balance Club Brumlovka, in his comment on the survey. A total of 705 members participated in the survey. “Also, we have received 40 full pages of comments, suggestions as well as (albeit isolated) complaints. All of this demonstrates that an extensive relationship exists between the club and its members. As we highly value the response from our members, we will take every comment as a challenge for the future.”
The questionnaire has been designed to cover nine independent areas. Based on the final analysis of the survey, the Balance Club Brumlovka has arrived to the conclusion that it is assessed as Excellent or Very Good by 85% respondents, in each of the categories: General Impression, Reception, Fitness Zone, Diagnostics, Group Exercise Classes, Aqua Zone and Relaxation, Sales and Information Centre, Client Service, Children’s Playing Area and Miscellaneous.
Also, the survey has revealed some interesting facts. As for the category of General Impression, clients particularly value the overall image of the club. Based on certain comments on the issues falling in this category, the club management have decided to extend free parking on the premises. The Fitness Zone is assessed as Excellent or Very Good by 87% of respondents, and so is Diagnostics by 82% clients. Carried out on gaining membership, diagnostic examinations can also prove beneficial in individual training sessions. The Group Exercise Classes as well as the Relaxation and Information Centre are assessed as Excellent or Very Good by 85% of respondents. Also, 89% of participants assess the Sales and Information Centre and the Client Service as Excellent or Very Good. Moreover, the club management have decided that the electronic news, known as e-news, will be placed and kept on the Balance Club Brumlovka web pages. The Children’s Playing Area has been also highly valued by 78% of respondents.
