CTP signed a loan agreement with ČSOB and KBC Belgium for almost €50 million for financing the construction of CTPark Brno, phase II.

The loan was signed this morning in the amount of almost €50 million. This new financing will support construction of the new site at CTPark Brno, phase II. The total investment into this site is forecasted to €95 million. CTP is very happy to start cooperation with new strong financial partners such as ČSOB and KBC Belgium.
