EXPERIENCED PROPERTY VALUER

We are looking for a candidate with min. 2 years of experience in property valuation (in RICS standards), fluent English and university degree.
The Property Valuer will be involved in the processing and analysis of information forming the basis of Commercial Property Valuations, with support and training provided in order to develop the skills and techniques necessary in valuation practice.
- Gaining property information: research location, property location, check measurement surveys
- Inspection of buildings
- Liaising with other departments within the office
- Running valuations
- Preparation of investment memorandums for available properties
- Updating cash flows
- Lease reading and preparation of valuation reports
- Regular reporting to the Head of Valuation department
You must possess:
Min. 2 years experience in property valuation (RICS standards)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own.
Very good written and verbal communication skills and be familiar with valuation reporting.
You must be prepared to gain good local market knowledge and a wider understanding of the CEE region.
