Our client international company in automotive field is seeking to recruit a HR BUSINESS PARTNER with minimal 5 years experience in HR field and strategies, as well as advanced knowledge of English and assertive personality, with deep understanding in employee relations.
Selected candidate will be responsible for development of local processes and policies in compliance with company and local standards, control of the full scope of HR and payroll processes including the selection of external partners and Selection and execution of the staffing strategy for the key site positions. He / She will also liaise with other group HR functions and lead of negotiations with local unions, labor office local authorities
Goals of this role are to improve the offering that the HR function gives to the business whilst improving productivity, reducing cost burden in conjunction with the HR Shared Services operation, to improve capability within existing projects/locations through effective learning and development approaches, relevant manpower plans, and remuneration practices and to manage succession, performance and development plans to ensure that there is a talent pool that meets immediate, short and long term business requirements.
Suitable candidate will have to have a funded experience as a HR Generalist in multinational manufacturing company – ideally automotive, Fluent in Czech and English (other languages like German, French an advantage), deep understanding of employee relations. In regards to personality it will have to be a strong, communicative individual who will be able to defend and implement his strategic decisions.
