PROJECT MANAGER FOR COMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Due to the further growth, our client internationa developer is seeking to recruit a Project Manager with minimal 4 years experience from construction and development, as well as advanced knowledge of English and University degree in engineering to join the team in Prague.
The main responsibilities will be to lead, coordinate and supervise the project on an operational level from start to final hand over. Working closely together with, and reporting to the Senior Project manager; managing General subcontractor, Supporting/adding value in the whole process, from acquiring the site to project execution and delivering of our Green Office products. He/She will also have to establish, develop and retain high quality relationships with customers and public officials, supervise and coordinate with a special focus on M&E installations, support the tenant in fit out process and monitor H&S procedures to ensure high performance.
Ideal candidate has to have University degree in civil engineering, Proven experience (5 + years) from construction, commercial development, experience with leading a project from start to the final hand over, contract management consultancies and/or entrepreneurial industries, advanced knowledge of English, experience from eco certifications, such as LEED and Green Building is beneficial, knowledge about the official planning process as well as building standards and regulations are required.
In regards to personality, suitable candidate should be motivated by personal responsibility, patient, with a structured way of working, due to extensive lead time in the development process, with proactive approach, communicative and emotionally mature.
