Sales Order Administrator with English and Italian language skills

On behalf of our multinational client we are seeking for candidates in the field of Customer Service. This is an excellent possibility to join to our client as a Sales Order Administrator.

Your tasks:
In this position you will communicate with the customers via e-mail and phone and also data entry and coordination of customer purchase orders from receipt to billing, return requests, price adjustments, customer complaints and any other post-orders issues.
The job will also allow you to daily cooperation with supply chain to supporting the high level of delivery performans.
You need to work closely and liase with sales team and other associates to resolve and escalate problems ensurong high internal and external customer satisfaction.
Our requirements:
English and Italian - at least advanced knowledge both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Experience in similar position is a big advantage
