Our client, an international telecommunication and network solution provider, is seeking for a HR Specialist. Selected candidate will be responsible for Payroll and HR agenda as personal files and reports and will perform data entry into HR system. He / She will help with Recruitment and Training process, organize company social events and team buildings and also provide support to employees and management.

Suitable candidate will have to have experience in HR field for min. 2 years ideally in Telco company, knowledge of Czech Labour Law and Payroll legislation, reaches advanced level in Czech and English language, be familiar with HR systems and also be precise and detail oriented at administration, data handling and reporting. In regards to personality it will have to be an excellent communicative individual with organizational skills who will be able to work independently and under pressure.
