The Property Valuer will be involved in the processing and analysis of information forming the Commercial Property Valuations.
Main responsibilities will cover gaining property information: research location, property location, check measurement surveys; inspection of buildings; running valuations as well as preparation of investment memorandums for available properties and updating cash flows. He/she will liaise with other departments within the office and prepare regular reports for the Head of Valuation department.
We are looking for an individual with min. 3 years experience in real estate, ideally in property valuation or investment or with real estate financing background.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills are very important. Experience with cashflow is a big advantage.
Fluent English and Slovak is essential.
