Assistant Manager
Our client is a top, worldwide renowned logistic company.
Job Description:
Performing administrative and office work, and where appropriate ensuring other activities (e.g., order tickets, accommodation, refreshments);
Being actively involved in the correspondence and relations with suppliers, partners and government authorities;
Keeping record of the correspondence (incoming and outgoing);
Arranging social events for employees and customers;
Being actively involved in organizing corporate meetings and conference calls (arranging refreshments, confirming the participation);
Providing organizational support to the department;
Handling the department’s agenda;
Purchasing and keeping a strict evidence for the office supplies;
Managing petty cash;
Processing the attendance sheet of employees for each department and assuring the distribution of meal vouchers;
Participating in organizing the inventory of the company’s assets;
Providing excellent customer service (internal and external);
Working to achieve set targets and to improve the processes and procedures;
Acting as team member, enhancing team work and cooperation;
Willing to share information, knowledge, ideas and experiences with others.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience on a similar position;
University degree;
Czech Language – native speaker and a very good command of English;
Excellent team working skills and the ability and enthusiasm to communicate and relate to others;
Good customer service mentality;
Detail oriented, accurate, with a strong focus on achieving the goals;
Honest, open and reliable.
