On 23 February 2010, the Central Military Hospital in Prague celebrated the opening of reconstructed Traumacentre. The significance of this event was underlined by the participation of the country top representatives, deputy of the Minister of Defense Tomaš Perutka, first deputy of the Minister of Health Marek Šnajdr and other guests of honor.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of founding of the Neurosurgery Clinic of Charles University Medical Faculty I and the Institute of Post-Gradual Medical Education, the Central Military Hospital Prague has presented a book „THE CLINIC No. 1“. The book is monitoring whole existence of the Clinic. The debut of this book has taken place in the atrium of the Central Military Hospital under auspices of deputy prime minister and minister of defence Mr Martin Barták.
