A new public underground P+R car park has been opened in Prague’s Roztyly district, right next to the metro station of the same name

22.08.2024
Company: PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s.

The recently completed Roztyly Plaza office building opened an underground P+R (Park and Ride) car park with a capacity of 100 parking spaces. It offers the general public covered car parking on the first underground level of the building directly on the metro line C “Roztyly”. Drivers can conveniently park their cars here every day for a flat rate of CZK 50.

Parking a car all day (24 hours) in a covered car park costs CZK 50; if the parking time exceeds 24 hours, CZK 10 is charged for each additional hour. Payment for parking can be made by card or cash. More detailed information on the operation and occupancy of Prague’s P+R car parks is available on the TSK website.

“Thanks to its location, the Roztyly Plaza building fits naturally into the concept of P+R car parks, which facilitate combined transport and reduce the burden of individual car traffic in the city center. We believe that drivers will welcome the comfortable access to the underground car park from Tomíčkova Street, as well as the spacious parking spaces, the movement within the car park and the almost direct entrance to the entrance hall of the Roztyly metro station on line C. We are very pleased that the modern Roztyly Plaza building, which offers the last office spaces that are still vacant, has naturally complemented the local area, not only thanks to new services and shops.” adds Martin Unger, Chief Technical Officer & ESG, Passerinvest Group.
