Lenka Madliaková has become the new Country Managing Director of Accenture in the Czech Republic, effective September 1, 2022. She succeeds Roberto Libonati.
Madliaková takes on her new role after more than 21 years of experience in technology consulting. She started her career in Accenture Slovak branch first as an intern and since 2001 as regular consultant. In 2008 she moved to the Czech Republic. In addition to Czech and Slovak clients, she worked for international companies operating in Bulgaria and Japan. Since 2018, she has been responsible for technology projects in the pharma, manufacturing, consumer goods, and automotive industries. Madliaková will maintain this position in addition to her new role.
She graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and currently lives in Prague with her husband and two children.
