BD and the BD Foundation are committing $600,000 USD in cash donations to humanitarian relief organizations

As the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and Eastern Europe continues to unfold, BD is monitoring the impact on our associates, communities and customers, with our first priority to ensure the safety of our associates and their families. BD is also mobilizing in a variety of ways to support humanitarian relief in the region.
BD and the BD Foundation are committing $600,000 USD in cash donations to humanitarian relief organizations that are already on the ground providing emergency healthcare services. This includes direct donations to Americares, International Medical Corps and Project HOPE as well as dollar for dollar matches for donations to International Medical Corps and Project HOPE made by our global associates. BD’s ongoing product donations to these partners also enables our products to be on hand immediately when needed most. BD is also activating the BD Associate Relief Fund to provide additional financial assistance to associates who may be directly affected.
It is during times like these that we see the very best of our 75,000 global associates shine through as we help take care of each other and our communities. We are all hoping for a swift and peaceful resolution.
