Bell UH-1Y Steals the Show at NATO Days

Bell’s team was proud to participate in this year’s NATO Days in Ostrava, Czech Republic as well as the Czech Air Force Days on September 15. Visitors were highly impressed by our UH-1Y ‘Yankee’ multi-role aircraft and were thrilled to see it up close.
With our European headquarters centered in Prague, we’re eager to support the Czech aerospace industry long term. The air show presents a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities and aircraft to the Czech military, our industrial partners and the people of the Czech Republic. We also hosted the U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic Stephen King at our booth, showing him the virtual reality cockpit for the AH-1Z Viper or the “Zulu.” Overall, our team and our products caught the attention of many important figures in the country and in the market.
