The bpv BRAUN PARTNERS attorneys assisted 8Wines Czech Republic, s.r.o., a fast-growing online retailer of premium wines, in the entry of Purcari Wineries Plc, a leading wine producer in Central and Eastern Europe, into their business. Purcari, which will be the first external investor in the company's capital, will acquire a 10 % stake in the company as part of the transaction and will also be granted an option to further increase its stake on pre-determined terms. The work included the preparation of the transaction documentation.
Pavel Vincík and Filip Baloušek acted as advisors for this transaction. Both parties decided not to disclose the price of the transaction.
