Clifford Chance has advised an investment fund managed by Europa Capital, a pan-European real estate investment company, on the sale of Hadovka Office Park, a modern office building located in a prominent position in Prague 6. The buyer is WOOD & Company, a leading regional investment bank headquartered in Prague.
Completed in 2000, Hadovka Office Park is an A-class office development comprising of two buildings offering 22,265 sq metres of leasable office space over five floors. The property is located on Evropská street in Prague 6, the principal arterial route between the Vaclav Havel international airport and the city centre.
Clifford Chance's Prague office has been supporting Europa Capital on its investments in the Czech Republic for almost two decades. The firm has provided legal advice in respect of Hadovka Office Park since Europa Capital acquired the property in 2015. Since owning the building, Europa Capital has maintained substantially full occupancy while carrying out a refurbishment of the common areas and achieving an excellent BREEAM in use rating.
