The eight-storey building has 30,000 square meters of gross floor area and currently accommodates 750 people. The costs for the construction and equipment of the building are estimated at CZK 1.2 billion. Part of the office building is a spacious workcafé designed for informal meetings, fitness room or a bicycle-storage facilities. There is also a car wash in the underground garages and thirty chargers are available for electric car drivers.
