Clifford Chance announces the promotion of Aneta Disman, Jan Dobrý and Milan Rákosník to Counsels

The Prague office of Clifford Chance is pleased to announce the promotion of Senior Associates Aneta Disman, Jan Dobrý and Milan Rákosník to Counsels. The promotion comes into effect on 1 December 2020. The status of Counsel has been developed within the firm to recognise excellent contributions by senior associates and their potential for partnership.

Aneta Disman has joined Clifford Chance in 2008 and her practice focuses on investments, divestments and asset management in the real estate and construction sector. Although primarily a real estate specialist and a key member of the Prague office's real estate practice as well as covering CEE deals in particular in Poland or Hungary, Aneta also has a growing track record in corporate M&A transactions.

Jan Dobrý started at Clifford Chance in 2007. He specialises in all forms of dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration, judicial review of administrative decisions) and competition law. He has steadily built up a strong profile and gained significant expertise in the commercial, construction and energy sectors from a litigious, regulatory and competition perspective. Jan also represents Clifford Chance Prague at the Arbitration Committee of ICC Czech Republic.

Milan Rákosník has joined Clifford Chance in 2011. A key member of the Prague office's market-leading real estate practice, Milan has gained significant industry expertise from his involvement in a host of real estate and financing transactions in the Czech Republic and across the wider region.
