Steve is an English-qualified lawyer who worked previously for Clifford Chance in Prague and Moscow for almost 10 years. He specialises in debt capital markets, in particular securitisation and hybrid securities, which are the areas that Steve will focus on within the firm's European securitisation team.
Steve joins from a New Zealand property law firm where he worked for the past 6 years. He has also worked in debt capital markets while at other international law firms in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Melbourne and Brisbane.

These include advising the arrangers on the IPO of CTP, the largest Real Estate IPO in Europe since 2014; J&T BANKA in connection with financing of the DOCK project development for Crestyl or Komerční banka in relation to acquisition financings for J&T Real Estate group.
