DELTA legal helped INVESTIKA real estate fund complete yet another transaction

DELTA legal advised real estate fund INVESTIKA in its purchase of several properties, including the Business Center Bohemia office building (“BCB Building “). With a total floor area of over 8,000 square metres, the BCB Building is the highest office building in Pilsen, and its tenants include international corporations like Siemens, Deloitte, ADP and Moneta Money Bank.
The transaction consisted in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the companies that owned the BCB Building and the related land. In view of the international nature of the transaction, DELTA legal benefited during the legal due diligence and follow-up contractual negotiations from its membership in the global network of prestigious law firms.
For INVESTIKA, the BCB Building is the next step in the diversification of its portfolio in the Czech Republic. With this acquisition, INVESTIKA added the 12th building to its portfolio and its first property in the Pilsen Region.
This acquisition is the latest in a series of successful collaborations between DELTA legal and INVESTIKA. Previous examples include the acquisition of the Pekařská Office Park in Prague and the purchase of BOHEMIA REAL ESTATE.
