Leading global clients now rank Dentons, the world's largest law firm, number three in client service, according to a survey just released by BTI Consulting Group.
The rankings of the 319 law firms recognized in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2018 are the result of 350 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world's leading organizations. The analysis is based on 17 objective factors, which corporate counsel consider the most important and influential in a law firm relationship.
According to BTI: "Clients report Dentons' innovative attorneys think creatively to meet the client's needs, avoiding cookie-cutter solutions. Legal decision makers see innovation as they use online tools and highly effective cost management. The firm has committed resources to watch over client service and drive improvement."
Dentons was one of only four firms ranked "The Best of the Best" in all 17 factors, including client focus, understanding the client's business, providing value for the dollar, anticipating the client's needs, and innovative approach.
“Dentons was conceived as an innovative and a client-centric firm,” said Elliott Portnoy, Global Chief Executive Officer of Dentons. “This survey confirms that our clients recognize and appreciate our dedication to them.”
“To be recognized year after year for our service by the clients who benefit from it themselves is truly significant,” said Joe Andrew, Global Chairman of Dentons. “This survey shows that Dentons is delivering on our promise to provide superior client service around the corner and around the world.”
This is the fourth year Dentons has appeared in the BTI ranking; last year Dentons jumped to number two, up nine places from the previous year.
