DLA Piper has launched a new platform featuring its Guide to Going Global series, an online resource designed to help companies operating and growing their international businesses.
As part of DLA Piper's ongoing pursuit of delivering quality and value to clients in new and practical ways, the Guide to Going Global series provides a timely and comprehensive review of the crucial areas of law that companies must consider when entering new countries, including Corporate, Employment, Equity, Intellectual Property and Technology, and Tax.
"The impetus of the new platform was to present these valuable guides in a more user-friendly format which, in turn, helps clients save on time and effort in tracking down and comparing the unique laws, rules and regulations and business practices in key jurisdictions around the world," said Victoria Lee, global co-chair of DLA Piper's Technology sector. "We've combined design sensibilities with the guiding principles that companies should use when developing and scaling their businesses globally."
The Guide to Going Global series is hosted among other knowledge sites at DLA Piper Intelligence, where clients around the world can have their legal questions answered.
