DLA Piper advises Karlin Group on joint residential investment with PPF Real Estate

DLA Piper has advised Karlín Group, a real estate manager and leading Prague-based residential and office developer, on the sale of 50% of the shares in two residential projects to PPF Real Estate, a developer and investor with assets in the Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, UK and the Netherlands.
The joint investment between Karlín Group and PPF Real Estate will enable construction of residential developments in Prague Holešovice and Libeň with over 350 flats and amenities. The joint investment is worth around CZK4 billion.
The DLA Piper team was led by Country managing partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A practice in Prague, Miroslav Dubovský, who was assisted by associates Pavlína Trchalíková and Marcel Janíček.
