Eversheds Sutherland advised Přerov-based group PSP Engineering on its sale of PSP Technické služby, a.s. to investment group Unicapital Energy.
Eversheds Sutherland's team of transaction lawyers headed by Radek Váňa assisted in the transaction structure and prepared all transaction documentation on the seller's side. Both parties decided not to disclose the transaction price.
The buyer was advised by bpv BRAUN PARTNERS.
PSP Engineering, a.s. is a group that focuses on the supply of machinery, equipment, technology lines and investment units for the production and processing of building materials and coal, or the application of selected technologies in the energy and chemical industries.
PSP Technicke sluzby, a.s. is a company that deals, among other things, with the distribution and trading of electricity and gas, especially within the industrial complex of Přerovské strojírny, but also outside it.
The buyer is part of the UNICAPITAL a.s. investment group, which focuses on strategic acquisitions in the real estate and development, energy, agriculture and healthcare sectors.
