Eversheds Sutherland has advised MVV Energie AG on the sale of the Czech MVV Energie CZ group to the investment company Cube Infrastructure Managers.

MVV Energie AG, a leading German energy company, has completed the sale of its entire operations in the Czech Republic, the MVV Energie CZ energy group, one of the country's leading heat producers and suppliers. The group is also engaged in power generation, energy from waste, energy consulting and water management.
The buyer is Cube Infrastructure Managers, an independent Luxembourg investment company focused on infrastructure projects in areas such as fibre optics, central heating and charging stations for electric cars.
Our client, MVV Energie AG, was successfully represented in the transaction by a team led by Petra Konečná (Counsel) and Marek Bomba (Partner), supported by Ondřej Beneš (Counsel), Bernhard Hager (Partner), Maroš Kandrík (Associate), Jakub Verlík (Senior Associate) and other colleagues from our Prague office.
