Starting in April, Vodafone will provide 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave to any employee whose partner will give birth to a child or if they adopt a child together. Those who wants to play a more active role in childcare will not have to deal with financial or career constraints. Improved benefits await mothers as well. Not only does Vodafone offer fair working conditions, it also wants to contribute more to solving social problems in the Czech Republic, such as the return of mothers with young children to the labor market or the involvement of partners in family and household care.
