Companies are looking for top managers who will be responsible for social responsibility and sustainability. As the topic grows in importance, the influence of these managers on the company's operations grows, and their salary is correspondingly higher. Nevertheless, in many companies, CSR managers have only limited influence on decision-making, so further strengthening of their powers, often at board level, can be expected in the near future.
