The nature of the industry meant it was necessary to consolidate employee data in one place, accessible via desktop or mobile devices. The data consisted of employee’s competencies, their required knowledge and their personal development plan. MIG needed a solution that would, above all, be secure and stable.
The need to efficiently organize people’s work and to assign development objectives that are coherent with the company strategy is one thing, but there were also other important aspects when selecting the new platform.
