GPEF IV adds significant investment in leading Czech full-service post-production studio to portfolio
PFX is a visual effects, advertising, animation and post-production studio based in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It employs an international team of more than 160 talented artists and has been providing cutting-edge services for more than a decade, during which it has transformed from a small boutique studio into a major and trusted company in Central and Eastern Europe.
Genesis Private Equity Fund IV is a private equity fund of Genesis Capital that offers financing for growth and development to small and medium companies in Central Europe. Since its foundation in 1999, Genesis Capital has advised six private equity funds with a total volume exceeding EUR 350 million. These funds have already supported more than 60 companies.

JŠK's legal team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil with significant support from senior associate Daniel Pospíšil in the executive role. Senior associates Klára Šmídová and Hana Císlerová and junior associate Lukáš Tománek also participated. The Slovak aspects of the transaction were handled by the Majerník & Miháliková law firm.
