KPMG assisted with the sale of the Block Group

KPMG was able to complete the complex sales process relatively quickly. The transaction was managed by Igor Mesenský together with Adam Páleníček.
The engineering company BLOCK is being acquired by the Czech private equity fund CEIP. The seller, the investment group BHM group of Tomáš Krsko, was represented by the KPMG transaction team.
