Last year, JLL finished 5 projects in Stará Celnice Building in Prague 1

JLL Project & Development department led by Pavel Kašík successfully finished 5 projects in Stará Celnice Building at V Celnici street close to Náměstí Republiky by the end of last year. JLL has acted on behalf of the owner of the building Invesco Real Estate.
JLL managed 4 reconstructions of rental space for companies Redside, Seven, ASB, Allen Overy and also a renovation of a facade which was part of a consecutive reconstruction of the building. JLL´s task was to manage the whole project from the document preparation through selection of general construction supplier to the project handover. All the projects were done under full operation of the building without any disruptions.
“The owner of the building Invesco company sees the object as its premium brand situated on a lucrative address and invests a lot of finance into it. We are glad that JLL was in charge of managing the projects of reconstruction of this unique building.” said Pavel Kašík, Head of JLL Project & Development department.
At the moment Stará Celnice building is fully leased. During summer 2018 we are planning another reconstruction with a size of 1,250 sq m which will be managed by the same team from JLL.
Stará Celnice property is really unique thanks to its architecture that is combining modern and original elements. For example it offers attic spaces with original beams. In addition, the building was constructed according to the highest standards of A category office space. Business center Stará Celnice of 11,300 sq m is located right in the Prague city center.
