Law firm Taylor Wessing names two new partners

Taylor Wessing Czech Republic has named two new partners, Janka Brezániová and Ivana Meňhartová. The law firm will thus significantly strengthen its team synergies. Brezániová, after almost a year as a senior associate and having achieved excellent results throughout the year, will continue to focus primarily on providing legal advice in the areas of M&A, corporate and labour law, including the protection of personal data, in which she has considerable experience. Meňhartová, after two years as a senior associate, will continue to focus on clients in the field of Banking & Finance, whom she advises on both local and international transactions. In addition, she will continue to provide legal advice to clients in the Real Estate area, a sector in which she also has considerable experience.

Brezániová has previous experience in large international law firms, where she focused primarily on providing advice to large corporations from various industries. In the course of her practice, she also has gained experience in the branch offices of international offices in Stockholm and London.

Meňhartová builds on her experience in international law firms, where she focused on providing advice to financial institutions and businesses both on transactions and in support of day-to-day operations. She also gained valuable experience as a corporate lawyer and during her secondment at a Czech branch of a foreign bank.
