Ivana Tůmová was appointed new Managing Director Mondelēz International in the Czech Republic and Slovakia Republic. She is leading the company from February 15. 2017. Her predecessor Ludwig Askemper returns to Germany because he needs to follow private obligations.
Ivana Tůmová has worked as financial director of the company for the last two years. She is with Mondelēz International for more than twenty years already. Her career path includes a number of positions in financial analysis, planning and the leadership of several key integration processes.
"I'm taking over a well-functioning and stable team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which achieves excellent business results and a high share of sales of the product portfolio in the market," says Ivana Tůmová, the new Managing Director Mondelēz International for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Mondelēz International is a world leading producer of chocolate, biscuits, gum and candies. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia it is leading in the production and sale of biscuits and chocolate. In four factories, which are located in Opava, Lovosice, Mariánské Lázně and Bratislava, two business units and shared service center located in Bratislava, it employs nearly 2,500 people. Business units sell in these two markets 430 products under 19 brands. Portfolio includes global brands, especially Milka chocolate, Oreo biscuits and BeBe Dobré ráno (BelVita) and Halls candies, as well as local brands Brumík, Fidorka, Figaro, Kolonáda, Miňonky, TUC and Zlaté.
