The Czech office of KPMG appointed a new Director in the Deals department. This senior management position is held by a financial expert with a prestigious CFA qualification, Josef Sklenář, who is a forensic expert for the valuation of companies, securities and other tangible and intangible assets. He participated in valuation and financial modeling for dozens of clients including ORLEN Unipetrol, ČEZ, Colt CZ Group, EPH, Pale Fire Capital and Creditas Bank.
