Dvořák Hager & Partners represented Algotech in its purchase of a share of HUGPORT, a start-up providing digital signage solutions. Our legal services included the complete preparation of contractual documentation and support in the negotiation process.

The team was led by partner Lukáš Zahrádka together with attorney Dominika Veselá.

Algotech is a leading expert in the area of contact centres, business communications, ERP systems and cloud services.
