T-Mobile is the first operator in the Czech Republic to launch Rich Business Messaging, simplifying communication between users and companies

Easier customer care, direct sales of services, as well as tracking of shipments and complaint handling. T-Mobile is launching RBM Connect, the first operator in the Czech Republic to enable users to communicate with businesses via secure RCS messages without having to use third-party platforms. It will then provide businesses with direct two-way communication with clients. The service was launched on 1 July and should be available to all corporate customers by the end of this year.
