Weinhold Legal provided legal transaction services to Siemens Healthcare GmbH,  a leading medtech companyand a member of the largest industrial manufacturing conglomerate in Europe, in the  disposal of its full ownership interest in Meomed, s.r.o. to Meopta - optika, s.r.o. headquartered in Přerov, a leading manufacturer with a long tradition of developing, manufacturing and assembling world class optical, opto-mechanical and optoelectronic products.
 
The Weinhold Legal team was led by Daniel Weinhold and included managing associate Tomáš Čermák and senior associate Michal Przeczek.
