Daniel Kinkor), successfully represented the client in arbitration proceedings before the International Arbitration Court of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna (VIAC) against RCS &RDS S.A., a company belonging to a major Romanian group operating in the telecommunications sector in several countries.
In November 2022, the arbitral panel's award granted our client claims in excess of CZK 155 million arising in connection with a major international M&A transaction in the telecommunications sector.
