Weinhold Legal: Promotion of Michal Švec to Managing Associate Position

With effect from July 1, 2024, the law firm Weinhold Legal has promoted senior lawyer Michal Švec to the position of Managing Associate.
Michal Švec primarily focuses on corporate law, contract law, litigation, and advisory services in commercial and civil law. He also has extensive experience in criminal law and sports law. In 2023, he was listed as an arbitrator for the National Arbitration Court for Sport. “I highly appreciate the trust of the partners and other colleagues, as well as the opportunity that comes with the promotion to Managing Associate. I am aware of the responsibilities that come with the new position; however, I believe that through joint efforts and an innovative approach, we can not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.
