In Marketing, you’ll be the ones who first capture our consumers’ imaginations, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands. You’ll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities


  • Lead chocolate brands / segments to deliver their business objectives.
  • Develop strategy (incl. portfolio, pricing, value optimization) & marketing plans.
  • Monitor brand performance, translating analyses into opportunities and then actions.
  • Initiate and lead strategic communication development; manage agency relationships.
  • Engage CI&S and other functions to create new brand opportunities.
  • Develop brands in trade in conjunction with Sales.
  • Ensure excellent, timely and cost compliant execution of planned initiatives.
  • Inspire passion for the brand throughout the organization.


Candidate Requirements




  • Experience in Marketing will be a strong advantage but it’s not obligatory.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with strong leadership skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and perspective.
  • Commercial acumen, P&L literate.
  • Excellent communication skills, incl. working in remote teams.
  • Perseverance and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding and application of marketing concepts.
  • Practical experience in dealing with agencies (packaging, promotion, advertising).
  • University degree (preferably in economics, marketing or management).
  • Excellent English (speaking and writing); Good Czech.
  • MS Office fluency.
