Driver Desk Specialist


Place of work: Bratislava
Offered salary (gross): 1300 EUR
Start of cooperation: possible ASAP / by agreement


  • Ensuring and managing daily service as well as extraordinary maintenance of the drivers within ARC
  • Control of the compliance with the agreed deadlines with suppliers, processing changes in the system and informing driver and customers
  • Support of the drivers when reporting and claiming accidents 
  • Managing timeslots with the drivers for taking over new vehicles
  • Processing and following of the drivers survey
  • Processing rental request and handing over of the vehicles
  • Informing drivers about the regular technical checks as well as seasonal tires changes 
  • Managing various requests from the drivers connected with the vehicle usage – booking the times lots for the repairs, managing accidents, prolonging or blocking the fuel cards, technical information and advices
  • Helping the drivers and ensuring mobility of the drivers
  • Transferring of the customer-suppliers calls within the team

Expertise, General competences:

  • Experience in project management
  • Spoken and written language skills

 - English (Written/Spoken)

 - German (Written/Spoken) advantage

  • Certification Prince2, PMP or PMI
  • Good PC skills (MS Office)
