Event governance
• Provide governance within newly adopted process related to Event organization across all organization – to both operational functions as well as managerial ones
• Establish the awareness of new process and supporting system infrastructure is on the level which ensures efficient operational running as well as managerial steering

Event planning 
• Perform detailed planning and event schedules 
• Organize briefings and follow up meetings with internal customers and external service providers

Event creation and logistics
• Manage and document the overall event budget 
• Coordinate suppliers/agencies/co-partners 
• Create overviews of purchase orders and cost plans 
• Support the selection and the management of external service providers and other contractors

Event closure
• Conduct financial/compliance closing and reporting. Compliance reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and procedure in close interaction with local and/or global Compliance Officer 
• Review performance and debrief with stakeholder/close event

Personality requirements and skills
• University degree in business administration, economics or an equivalent qualification is preferred; or completed training as an event manager or a degree in Event Management
• Experiences in event and conference management
• Knowledge in the field of event technology 
• Above-average organization, negotiation and communication skills 
• Reliability, assertiveness and confidence as well as creativity and flexibility
• Team- and customer-focused as well as cost and quality oriented 
• Good level of English and country language (B1)
