Would you like to be responsible for initiation, coordination and control of local and regional driven lean improvement projects? Do you have experience with ensuring alignment of the local approach with the regional one, defining and developing local roadmap, as well as processing stability and improvement of specific KPI’s?

Lean Improvement Engineer in Kutná Hora

 

Main responsibilities and challenges

 

  • Initiate, plan, lead and follow up on local improvement projects
  • Organizing regular meetings, controlling related costs and roadmap, in order to ensure the fulfillment of definied objectives
  • Closely cooperate with the other departments within the factory
  • Analyze, monitor and control specific KPIs
  • Ensure that the relevant continuous improvement standards are implemented and respected
  • Identification of gaps, improvement potential and improvement trends
  • Review/ improve currrent processes and practices
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are regularly informed to discuss about plans, results, opportunities, current and anticipated projects
  • Provide guidance by coaching and mentoring to the factory employees to ensure understanding of the continuous improvement model
  • Ensure that EHS aspects are integrated into all activities
  • Participate in identification of training needs and facilitation of trainings

     

Successfull candidate should meet our criteria

 

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Lean area or process engineering (change agent)
  • Technical university degree
  • International FMCG or Automotive background preferred
  • Greenbelt, blackbelt, SixSigma, Quality systems is an advantage
  • Fluent English, Czech or Slovak is a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to travel abroad and within the country
