Process Engineer

You should enjoy doing the following:
- Continuous improvement of used processes
- Ensuring processes and NPI's (New Product Introduction) are cost effective
- Use 6sigma tools for process control, participating on lean projects
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Establishing standards and procedures (transfer, NPI, models, validations, etc.)
- Ensuring the right processes are used for production, validation and equipment adjustment
- Ensuring smooth cooperation between all relevant functions and departments
- Ability to understand customers and their requirements
- Training others
Your job would be very hard without having these:
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, machine operation or as an electro technician with university degree
- Experience with gluing processes and robot setting and management is welcomed
- Knowledge and experience in acoustics is a great advantage
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control), SAP/CAM, basic knowledge of soldering is also an advantage
- Knowledge of process engineering – Lean, 6sigma
- Good communication skills both face to face and via other communication channels
- Spoken and written English on advanced level
- Driver's license
