T&E Specialist - Spanish + Portuguese

Are you speaking Spanish or Portuguese and do you live in Prague?
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for experienced professional with these language abilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute T&E (travel and expensis) handling process (compliance check, posting, accruals, BSR, payment).
- Activities for assigned markets in the EU FSC scope.
- Monthly newsletter preparation/distribution.
- Daily communication with your colegues in abroad.
Requirements:
- High school/ college education.
- Czech language is nice to have.
- English + Spanish or Portuguese language.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, able to manage priorities.
- IT knowleges: user level.
